Service Description

CAB's EMBRACE SparkCircle is a supportive program for staying mentally active, engaging meaningfully, building cognitive reserve, and learning about brain health. Sessions may include education on brain health, strategies toward keeping mentally fit, socializing with others while working on research-based brain exercises, as well as engaging in relaxing activities such as seat tai chi, music, journaling, and art. The EMBRACE SparkCircle will meet the 1st & 3rd Fridays of each month, from 9:30-10:30AM at Sherrill Hills Retirement Resort, 271 Moss Grove Blvd, Knoxville, TN  37922.  Reservations are required as seating is limited.  The fee is $25 per session, to be paid in advance of the session(s) attended.
